    UPDATE - 12/14/25 at 10:30am - Crews are continuing to work on running temporary lines to restore services in the Leavenworth, Plain and Lake Wenatchee areas. At this time, we do not have an estimated restoration time for services. Please know that we will update this message as new information becomes available. Thank you for your continued patience.

    UPDATE- 12/13/25 at 9:30am - Chelan PUD crews are still working hard to restore services there is no estimated restoration time for the Plain and Lake Wenatchee areas.

    Service Update – Friday, December 12th, at noon:
    Chelan County PUD has identified two major fiber breaks caused by Wednesday’s storm. Crews are currently working in the Leavenworth area and anticipate restoring service there by this evening. Once completed, they will begin repairs on the fiber break affecting the Plain area.

    At this time, we do not have an estimated restoration time for the Plain and Lake Wenatchee areas. Please know that we will update this message as new information becomes available.
