UPDATE - 12/14/25 at 10:30am - Crews are continuing to work on running temporary lines to restore services in the Leavenworth, Plain and Lake Wenatchee areas. UPDATE- 12/13/25 at 9:30am - Chelan PUD crews are still working hard to restore services there is no estimated restoration time for the Plain and Lake Wenatchee areas.
Service Update – Friday, December 12th, at noon:Chelan County PUD has identified two major fiber breaks caused by Wednesday’s storm. Crews are currently working in the Leavenworth area and anticipate restoring service there by this evening. Once completed, they will begin repairs on the fiber break affecting the Plain area.
At this time, we do not have an estimated restoration time for the Plain and Lake Wenatchee areas. Please know that we will update this message as new information becomes available.

Grant PUD Maintenance MNT01313 Start Time: 12/11/2025 5:30:00 AM End Time: 12/11/2025 6:00:00 AM Duration of Maintenance- Hours: 0 Minutes: 30 Duration of Outage- Hours: 0 Minutes: 10 Services Affected: All Services Work Summary: We would like to inform you of a brief maintenance that will take place on 12/11/25 at 5:30AM. Customers in Moses Lake may experience a momentary outage. Any loss of services expected to be resolved within 5 minutes at most.
Next Wednesday, the 10th, the Chelan PUD has scheduled maintenance from 11:00pm to 6:00am the 11th, Columbia Street, Wenatchee. Please see the information from the PUD below for further details.

Purpose: Modification of power lines along S Columbia St requires that we move the fiber optic cable attached to those poles. The following customers will be affected
Tuesday, the 25th, the Chelan PUD has scheduled maintenance from 9:00am to 3:00pm in the Woodin Ave and Lakeshore PL areas of Chelan . Please see the information from the PUD below for further details.

LOCATION: Chelan
START TIME: 11/25/2025 : 9:00 AM
END TIME: 11/25/2025 : 3:00 PM
Purpose: This outage is to finish permanent fixes to previously damaged fiber optic cables in the area.
Extended window for RF TV until 9am
We will be conducting maintenance that will impact RF and SureStream TV services in Chelan County.
Chelan County POTS customers only, may experience a brief outage during the maintenance starting at 11:00pm PST.
TITLE: Monte Carlo and Riviera Drive
START TIME: 11/19/2025 : 9:00 AM
END TIME: 11/19/2025 : 3:00 PM
Purpose: Outage is due to a nearby electrical maintenance.
TITLE: Manson Lakeview Ln Infill Outage
LOCATION: Manson
START TIME: 11/17/2025 : 9:00 AM
END TIME: 11/17/2025 : 3:00 PM
Purpose: Outage is required to perform work to add premises in this area to the county fiber network.
